Supporting Services
$30 Yearly per Domain
We can maintain a client’s domain registration, as well as monitor DNS records and make changes to them as requested.
$40 Monthly
We can arrange and maintain a customized hosting solution, along with performing administrative operations such as package updates and managing shell-scripts / components. Note: this does not include developing shell-scripts / components.
$100 Hourly
We offer training on any of our products, including ones we custom-build for clients. Training is offered at a significant discount to the primary contact of any client whose product has just been deployed.
All finalized client products come equipped with a Client Support Agreement, which covers the following:
- Primer Training – The client’s primary contact is offered training for free on their newly-deployed product.
- Bug Corrections – Security flaws and other software bugs that arise will be repaired.
- Product Support – Inquiries (via email or trouble-ticket system) will be answered regarding the configuration and operation of the client’s product. Training is offered separately.
