Do you want to learn about digital circuitry, but aren’t sure where to start?
Would you benefit from a fun circuit reference to help you study for exams?
Do you need a better way to plan out in-game circuits for Minecraft?
Blocket Science is all of your answers.
Features: Block-logic circuit simulator, Pre-made circuits, Multi-layered circuit building, Learning Center, Save circuits for later, and more…
We use this tool also!
Blocket Science was inspired by our desire to create complex circuitry in Minecraft, a game we adore way too much. We like to use it on the iPhone, but we offer it to you on all of these platforms:
- iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S
- iPad & iPad 2
- Android devices
- Windows Phone
Features
Circuit Simulator
Use the simulator grid to create single or multi-layered circuits, as well as zoom in and out for precision editing & accurate viewing.
Select various materials (e.g. wiring, power sources, button/lever/pressure switches, repeaters, etc.) from a selector menu to place in grid spaces for completely customizable circuitry.
Select, copy and paste sections of circuits for easy rearrangement.
Save your circuits for later.
Pre-Made Circuits
Take advantage of the Quick Circuits, a library full of pre-made circuitry that is ready to paste into a new project to get you started, or a saved project that you already have going.
This is especially useful for those who have trouble arranging their circuitry, or they need to see what a circuit looks like and how it operates before knowing how to use it properly. This feature is indispensable for hands-on and visually-oriented people.
Learning Center
As if pre-made circuitry wasn’t enough, Blocket Science also provides educational materials for learning and understanding how basic logic gates operate, how to develop basic circuitry using those logic gates, and what kind of practical uses there are for the various circuit examples.
This feature is most unique to Blocket Science, as you will not find any other block-logic-circuitry-building mobile app that offers both a comprehensive simulator AND enough educational material to get anyone started with circuitry.
If you are new to circuitry, this app provides a wonderful place to start. If you are completely lost with circuitry, the Learning Center’s down-to-Earth explanations could really help you. Whether you are just curious about circuitry, you want to create in-game circuits for Minecraft, you are having trouble understanding your electronics class in school, or you need a quick reference for your engineering job, this app is definitely worth your time to check out.
Thanks to our free version, checking out Blocket Science is painless!
